This image is one of a series made from artwork used in a short cut-out animation film bearing the same title. Inspired by a tale by Marcel Béalu, it acquired awards at international animation festivals and was restored by the French Short Film Agency (Agence du Métrage) in 2022.  Various documents donated to the Cinéressources collections of the Cinémathèque Française.
